As a board-certified neurologist with fellowship training in cognitive neurology, Alzheimer's disease, and neurodegenerative disorders, Dr. Rao brings invaluable clinical insights and a deep understanding of complex neurological conditions. Her commitment to patient-centric care is further exemplified by her ongoing part-time clinical practice for over a decade.

Dr. Rao's leadership capabilities are evident in her roles as a national board member for the Lewy Body Dementia Association and her service on the Safety and Quality Committee Board at the Froedtert and ThedaCare Health Systems, a prominent network of 18 hospitals spanning 17 counties in Wisconsin. Her entrepreneurial spirit has also been demonstrated through her successful tenure as the CEO and Head of Analytics at Neurocern, a seed-funded artificial intelligence company, where she led a team of data scientists, spearheaded product strategy, and secured commercial contracts with Fortune 500 insurance companies.
